The objective was to implement a revitalized design that exudes enhanced visual appeal while rigorously identifying and remedying critical user experience issues. Our overarching aim was to meticulously address each discovered issue with comprehensive and effective solutions.
The initial phase involved conducting a thorough design audit to systematically identify potential issues, categorizing them based on severity to facilitate prioritization. In addition to assessing the visual aspects, particular attention was directed towards critical elements pivotal to enhancing the user experience, as observed in the existing design.
Design Audit
Following extensive kick-off meetings, I collaborated closely with the client to define objectives and steps for achieving them, prioritizing a fresh, appealing design and enhanced user experience through a comprehensive website audit. Key issues identified included overly long filter sections, lack of easy closure options, and an overwhelming checkout process. Solutions were implemented to streamline navigation, improve usability, and enhance visual consistency, resulting in a more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface.
